申請時の研究計画書に記したとおり，本研究ではテキストマイニングにより財政不安を指数化し、財政不安が民間経済に与える影響を考察することを目的としている。具体的には（１）不安指数を説明変数に加えた消費関数の推計、（２）不安指数を変数として含むVARによるマクロ経済分析、の二つを行う。2022年度は、上記（２）についての分析を精緻化した。具体的には一人当たりプライマリー歳入、一人当たりプライマリー歳出、上述の財政不安指数、一人当たり民間消費、一人当たりGDPの５変数構造VARで分析したところ、財政不安の高まりが実質消費と実質GDPを抑制し、その効果は12四半期にわたって継続することが確認された。また、財政不安による民間需要の抑制に反応して、プライマリー歳出が増加しており、これにより財政不安指数が高止まりする結果となった。本研究結果はSingapore economic review conferenceなど学会報告でのコメントを踏まえたものであり、2023年度の早い段階で査読付き英文学術誌に投稿する予定である。なお、（１）の研究についても草稿は仕上がり、研究会報告なども済ませているため、データの延長などを検討の上、2023年度内に査読付き英文学術誌に投稿する予定である。

The purpose of this study is to index fiscal insecurity and examine the impact of fiscal insecurity on civil society. The specific factors include: (1) the calculation of the number of uneasiness indexes,(2) the calculation of the number of uneasiness indexes, and (3) the analysis of the number of uneasiness indexes, and (4) the calculation of the number of uneasiness indexes. In 2022, the above records (2) were refined. The specific reasons for this are as follows: 1) the income of a person, 2) the income of a person, 3) the financial insecurity index mentioned above, 4) the private consumption, 5) the GDP, 4) the VAR analysis, 5) the financial insecurity, 4) the high quality consumption, 4) the quality GDP, 5) the results, 6) the confirmation. The public needs to be restrained, and the fiscal insecurity index is increasing. The results of this study are expected to be submitted to the Singapore economic review conference and the English academic journal in the early stage of 2023. (1) The draft of the research report shall be published on the website, the report of the research meeting shall be published on the website, the extension of the research report shall be discussed, and the submission of the English academic journal shall be examined and paid within the year of 2023.
