项目摘要

マクロ経済の政策分析に用いられる動学的一般均衡モデルでは、計算可能性の担保のため、代表的家計・企業のような経済主体に関する強い仮定をおき、その異質性とそれによる生じる保有資産といった状態変数の分布を考慮しないことが多い。これに対し、近年、連続時間の平均場ゲームの枠組みでモデルを構築することにより、比較的容易かつ効率的に分布を考慮した均衡の計算ができることが知られるようになった。本研究は、この枠組みを利用してより現実に即したモデルを構築し、政策分析等を行うことを目的としている。今年度は、過年度執筆したディスカッションペーパー“Comparing the earned income tax credit and universal basic income in a heterogeneous agent model.”を日本経済学会で報告し、有識者からコメントを得た。現在は、現在は学術誌への掲載に向けて、改訂を行なっている。さらに、上記のモデルをベースとした、労働市場におけるサーチ・マッチングを考慮したモデルを構築し、分配政策がマクロ経済全体と個人の格差にどのような影響を与えるかを分析している。具体的には、最低賃金の引上げがマクロ経済へどのような影響を与えるかをテーマとし、最低賃金を引上げるシミュレーション分析を行う。そして、最低賃金を引き上げることによって失業率はどの程度上昇するか、意欲喪失失業者はどれくらい発生するか、社会厚生はどうなるか、最適な最低賃金はいくらかなどの政策的課題に関する含意を得る。今後、成果をとりまとめて論文として公表する予定である。

The general equilibrium of dynamics used in policy analysis of enterprises is considered in the distribution of the number of assets held and the number of states represented by the probability of calculation. This study aims to make use of the information technology to construct and analyze policies. "Comparing the earned income tax credit and universal basic income in a heterogeneous agent model." The Japanese Economic Society reports, and knowledgeable people receive information. Now, now, the direction of academic ambition is changing and revision is taking place. In addition, the above records show that the market has been considered for the construction and distribution of policies, and the impact of the overall and individual differences has been analyzed. The detailed analysis of the impact of the minimum lease payment on the project is carried out. The minimum wage increases, unemployment increases, unemployment increases, social welfare increases, minimum wage increases, and policy implications. The future results will be determined.
