项目摘要

本研究プロジェクトは、日米のアントレプレナーシップについての実証的な分析を行うものである。より具体的には、1950年代から2010年代の日米の新興市場を含めた上場企業を分析対象として、ビジネス機会の追及に必要な経営資源の組み換えの柔軟性を測定し、長期の時系列の実証研究を行う。高い水準のアントレプレナーシップを可能にする組織的な特徴を量的、質的の両面から分析を行っていく。新型コロナの流行が続いており、質的な調査や学会発表、さらには対面による議論やフィードバック獲得には2021年度も大きな制限があった。しかし、量的な調査のための日米企業のデータベースの構築はほぼ完了した。これが2021年度の大きな進捗の1つである。このデータベースを用いて、経営資源の組み換えの実証的な研究を進めることができるようになった。実際に、2021年度12月からは中間的な研究成果をワーキングペーパーとしてまとめ始めている。質的な調査については、日本企業におけるイノベーションという言説の広がりについての中間的な成果を論文として出版した。また、企業の四半期財務情報の開示は短期志向をもたらすのかについての分析などについても論文としてまとめた。また、シリコンバレーにおける日本企業のCVC 活動の実態を調査することができた。さらには、本研究プロジェクトの成果の一部を反映させた書籍が2022年度に出版予定である。このように2021年度は本研究プロジェクトの量的な研究については着実に進められている。
