项目摘要

本研究の目的は、データ流通市場の健全な発展を目指し、マーケットにおける異種のデータ・法規制・ヒトの動的な相互作用の解明とそれに基づくデータ流通の制度設計である。3年目となる本年度は、2020/2021年度整理したデータ流通市場の構成要素とその関係性から構築した市場モデルから、データ生成器とデータ市場シミュレータを試作した。これらの解析から得られたデータとユーザの特徴から複数のモデルを作成し、実験を行った。さらにその過程で、データ流通市場におけるプラットフォームにて扱われるデータや情報の流通と伝達プロセスについても知見を得た。また、近年注目されるIDアーキテクチャの分散化がデータ流通にもたらす影響と効率性を評価するために、分散型と集中型IDアーキテクチャを分析した。さらに新しい試みとして、日本におけるデータの販売価格調査を行った。これらは社会科学的アプローチによる考察とともに、経済学・工学的アプローチから解析を進めている。これらの分析から得られた知見をシミュレータのパラメータにも用いることで、次年度（最終年度）において、観測可能な相互作用が限定されるデータ流通市場の理解に向けた次年度のさらなる進展が期待できる。
