项目摘要

2020年度から引き続き、研究参加の拒否（オプトアウト）を電話およびWebで受け付けた。2021年度の市の子宮頸がん検診の結果が協力自治体から提供され、研究のためのデータベースに登録した。現在、市の子宮頸がん検診の結果から必要と判断された精密検査が実施されている。自己採取HPV検査がすべて終了した時点で、副次的解析のためのデータ固定を行い、解析を実施した。データ固定までに研究の参加を辞退した方を除外し、参加者は16,260人となった（自己採取HPV群8,145人、通常検診群8,115人）。自己採取HPV群のうち、1,372人が自己採取検査を申し込み（Web：1,213人、電話：159人）、1,196人が自己採取HPV検査を受けた。自己採取検査を実施し、有害事象を訴えた方はいなかった。陽性者は73人、陰性者は1,108人、判定不能となった方は15人であった。判定不能となった方には、再検査を案内し、全員が再検査を受ける意思を示したが、実際に再検査を受けたのは11人であった。再検査の結果、7人が陰性、1人が陽性、3人が再び判定不能となった。3人のうち1人が再々検査を希望し、結果は陰性であった。自己採取HPV検査の各手続きにかかる時間を解析したところ、検査申し込みまではおおむね3ヵ月が必要で、多くの方は、検体採取から数日で検体を送り返していることが明らかとなった。検査のスケジュールについて、参加者からの苦情はなかった。ここに示した自己採取HPV検査の実装にかかわる結果は、論文としてScientific Reportsに掲載された。また、自己採取HPV検査を実施した参加者からのアンケート調査結果について、現在、論文を投稿中である。
