项目摘要

2022年度においては、昨年度に引き続き収集した小児医療のエビデンス創出に必要なデータであるAdministrative database (DPC) と Registry database （NRN）を連結したリンケージデータベースに基づく解析を進めたほか、DPCデータ単独解析研究を実施した。DPCデータおよびNRNデータを連結したリンケージデータベースについて、構築・精度検証が完了した。当該取り組みの論文執筆を進めている。端的には、比較的高い精度で確率的連結が可能であることが確認でき、疫学研究に活用可能であることが確認された。そのため、当該リンケージデータを用いた疫学研究に着手することがき、鎮静薬に着目した研究仮説を設定し、データ抽出が完了した。現在、解析用データセットの生成をすすめているところである。DPCデータ単独解析研究について、本邦で初となる小児抗菌薬使用量に関する指標（入院に限る）を開発が完了し、その成果は英文学術雑誌に受理された（Antimicrob Steward Healthc Epidemiol. 2023 Feb 2;3(1):e24.）。また、早産児における抗菌薬の使用状況に関する分析についても最終解析が完了し、論文執筆を進めており、来年度前半に投稿可能となる目途がついている。その他の解析についても、複数の研究仮説について検証を進めるべく詳細計画を精査している。
