项目摘要

本年度は、以下の枠組みに基づいて、東京都の都市部職住混合地域を対象とした調査を実施した。①東京都より都区部の都市計画基礎調査のGISデータを7時点分借用し、土地利用現況調査を用いて都市スケールにおける職住併存住宅の立地特性に関する分析を行った。さらに経済センサスの産業分類による業種との相関関係の分析から、これまでの報告になかった住工併存住宅の集積が見られる地域が抽出された。調査内容は、2020年度日本建築学会大会において発表した（但し、Covid-19の感染拡大により大会が中止され、梗概集での発表となった）。②職住混合市街地の空間形成を規定する都市計画的手法として、東京都区部において住工共生を志向する地区計画11事例を抽出し、用途・形態規制の意図に関する聞き取り調査、東京都土地利用現況調査を用いた土地利用の変遷に関する分析を実施した。さらに詳細な調査が必要と判断した3地区について、2020年度後期より地区計画の空間的効果を図る現地調査を予定していたが、Covid-19の影響により東京都への出張が制限されており、一部の調査が遅れている。③東京都区部の伝統的な地場産業集積地域の事例の一つとして、近世より衣料関連の事業所集積が見られる中央区横山町・馬喰町に着目し、問屋街の業種構成及び空間特性に関する調査研究を実施した。調査結果を2021年度日本建築学会大会において発表予定である。④上記の成果を踏まえ、従来の予定通り2020年9月に「地域産業空間構造から見た東京都区部の都市部職住混合空間に関する研究」という題目で博士論文を執筆し、東京大学大学院の博士号を取得した。なお、2020年10月からは高知工科大学に所属機関を変更し、継続して当該テーマに関する研究を実施した。
