项目摘要

（１）研究の概要本研究は1848年革命期から1868年の関税議会成立までの時期において、市民層エリートによる全国議会構想によって、議会主義はどのように展開したのか、という問いに答えることを基本的な課題とするものである。本論文においては、市民層エリートを、政治や経済の問題の議論に積極的に加わった市民層として定義し、彼らが大衆貧困への対応、関税および経済政策への改革要求、国制改革を議論する中で、議会構想を形成する過程を描いた。その際には、1848年革命の経験が市民層エリートの議会構想の形成に与えた影響を検討した。分析にあたっては、市民層エリートが重視した市民性に着目し、概念史の知見を援用しながら、議会構想を提示した市民層エリートそれぞれの価値観や認識、将来像を描くことを目指した。これらの視座を通して、従来の研究では個別に取り組まれてきた、社会問題への取り組み、関税および経済政策への改革要求、国制改革という研究領域を架橋するような市民層エリートの全国議会構想を分析した。特に注目したのは、ダーフィット・ハンゼマン(1790-1864)、ヴィルヘルム・アドルフ・レッテ(1799-1868)、カール・ブラウン(1822-1893)などの市民層エリートの議会構想である。（２）研究の進展2022年度は（１）の研究内容を博士論文の形でまとめることに注力した。資料の収集においては、駒場図書館の協力を得ることで、効率的に作業を進めることができた。9月にファイナルコロキアムを実施し、博士論文を提出する許可を得、11月までに大学に提出した。そして、12月にはドイツ語で学内の研究会「DESKコロキアム」において博論の内容を報告し、ヘットリング教授（ハレ大学）から博士論文を学術史に位置付けるコメントをもらった。1月に博士論文公開審査を実施し、５名の審査員の全会一致にて審査に合格した。

(1) Summary of the study This study covers the period from the Revolution of 1848 to the establishment of the Customs Parliament in 1868, the period from the establishment of the Customs Parliament to the establishment of the Customs Parliament in 1868, and the period from the establishment of the Customs Parliament to the establishment of the Customs Parliament.
