本年度は主に(i)当該研究に関する各種資料収集を進めつつ，(ii)想起説を軸として，プラトン対話篇を横断的に捉えうる論点の整理を進めた。(i) に関しては，主に大学図書館間の資料相互貸出の利用により知識論関連の文献の調査・収集を進めるとともに，大学図書館への配架・整備を継続させた。(ii) に関しては，本研究課題によるプラトン対話篇の捉え直しを通し，改めて，「吟味・論駁から想起へ」や「吟味・論駁から仮設法へ」や「初期の探求方法から中期の探求方法へ」や「ソクラテス的方法からプラトン的方法へ」といったいわゆる発展主義解釈とは一線を画する論点を，様々な形で確認することができた。そのような視点を活かしつつ本年度は，"The Possibility of Socratic Enquiry: Meno’s Paradox Reconsidered" （Japan Studies in Classical Antiquity(5), 2023, 20-32）という英語論文を発表し，仮設法を，エレンコス（吟味・論駁）後の探求方法とするBenson（2015）に疑義を呈し，あるいは『メノン』の幾何学実験部分（82b-85d）については，知識獲得に至る最終段階（85c-d）がそれ以前の探究方法と変わりないとするFine（2014）や，誤答に至る過程（82b-84a）も含めて想起とするSchwab（2020）に同意する論点を見届けるなどした。なお，当該研究の遂行にあたり，古代哲学会談話会（2022年8月6日，於:キャンパスプラザ京都），古代哲学フォーラム(第52回，2023年3月18日，於:京都大学)，その他の研究会に参加し，専門研究者と意見交換をおこなった。

This year's focus is on (i) the collection of various data related to the study, and (ii) the collation of arguments related to the topic. When the research was carried out, the Ancient Philosophy Society Talk Meeting (August 6, 2022, at: Kyoto), the Ancient Philosophy Society Talk Meeting (52nd, March 18, 2023, at: Kyoto University), and other research meetings were held to exchange views among researchers.
