2022年４月10日、「20世紀初頭価値論が残したもの・その歴史的な限界と射程」と題して、フッサール研究者の植村玄輝氏、ディルタイ研究者の上島洋一郎氏らとzoomにてシンポジウムを行った。前者からはアプリオリズムに対する態度、後者からは感情の価値判断における働き等、示唆を受けた。九鬼はリッカートの二重作用説を、役割理論と結びつけ、道徳的ジレンマの不可避性を論じた。フロアから特にFAアプローチを念頭に、価値判断の普遍性を斥けるべきではない、という叱正を賜った。それを承けつつ、ジレンマに遭遇することは何ら非合理性を意味せず、ジレンマの逡巡のなかに合理性を見出す方途を模索している。2022年5月、『東洋学術研究』Vol,61No.1に「リッカート哲学の臨界」と題する、価値哲学の歴史的位置について考察する論攷が掲載された。カント哲学が19世紀において、現象主義的に論じられたため、価値対象の認知説という考えが流布したところから説き起こした。ドイツ観念論のヘーゲルへの移り行きが示すように、認知説は構成主義的態度説に蝉脱してゆく。これら両者のアポリアを回避する形で、客観的物自体に外在し、共同体的に構成される意識に対しては内在する、超越論的当為をフィヒテ的に了解すべきであることを論じた。これは次の二重作用説に対する哲学史的な露払いとなった。2022年12月、『岡山商大論叢』第58巻、第二号に「二重作用としての価値判断」が掲載された。価値を知覚アナロジーで論じる①身体反応説、②現象学理論は、思考アナロジーの価値判断論によって乗り越えられるとして、価値判断論を称揚した。そのタイプには大きく分けて、認知タイプと態度タイプがあるが、価値判断内容と判断主体の役割相関性に鑑みて、両者の中間形態である二重作用説に注目すべきである。その存在論的バックボーンとして、カウルバッハ的な遠近法主義に言及した。
