项目摘要

本プロジェクトでは、労働組合や左派との結びつきが強かった労音が、ポピュラー音楽の広がりを支え、「名もなき人々」が集まる場であった側面に着目し、事例対象として岐阜県中津川市にあった中津川労音を研究対象とした。コロナ禍で、現地調査が出来なかったため、中津川労音の機関誌の精査を行い、2021年3月下旬に、東谷護（編著）『復刻資料「中津川労音」』（風媒社）を基礎資料の整備を目的として刊行した。この資料復刻本を公刊することによって、これまで接点のなかった関係者複数名との繋がりを新たに持つことが出来た。2021年8月より、関係者複数名へのインタビューを月１回のペースで2023年3月まで行った。詳細は以下の通りである：2021年8月18日、9月13日、10月18日、11月15日、12月13日、2022年1月24日、3月7日、4月18日、5月24日、6月20日、7月29日、8月22日、10月17日、11月21日、12月19日、2023年1月23日、3月6日。上記の現地調査の成果の一部として、中津川労音会員有志が実行委員となり企画制作した、全日本フォークジャンボリー（1969-1971年の３回開催）に関連する１次資料が新たにみつかった。これらの１次資料は半世紀弱埋もれていたものであった。当時の関係者からこれらの１次資料をもとに当時の実態をうかがった。この現地調査では、当時の状況を聞き書きすることをはじめとして、１次資料の発掘や当時の実行委員会の動きを記した日記の再構成を行うことが出来た。
