本研究は，外国語教育用の教材研究に必要な機能をMicrosoft社の MS Word のメニュとして提供し，とりわけ理工系学生を対象とした教材を手軽に作成可能とする教材開発環境を構築することを目的としている。MS Wordメニュ上で提供したいと考えている機能は次の6つである。①専用ブラウザによるテキスト検索・収集機能，②テキスト解析機能，③難易度解析用辞書関連機能，④紙ベースの小テスト問題作成機能，⑤事前学習・事後学習用教材関連，⑥成績管理関連機能。①～④については以前の研究で既に開発済みである。【R2～3年度】④，⑤について開発を行った。【R4年度】前期：④および⑤について継続的に開発を行い，正誤問題や語句並べ替え，空欄穴埋めなどの問題テンプレートを用いて，使用する教員の目的と用途に応じた紙ベースの小テストをWordファイルとして提供することが可能となった。後期：従来の対面型に加えて，ハイブリッド型，ブレンデッド型，オンデマンド型等の授業形式にも対応できるよう，ひとつの問題案からWordファイル（紙ベース），Google スプレッドシートを経由した Googleフォーム（オンラインベース）の小テストが作成可能となった。また，この新機能について， "The IAFOR International Conference on Arts & Humanities in Hawaii 2023"，『CIEC春季カンファレンス2023』において，学会発表を行い，希望者に対してこのプログラムのプロトタイプの配布を行った。

The purpose of this study is to provide the necessary functions for the development of teaching materials for science and engineering students. MS Word (1) Search and collection function for use in case of problems,(2) Analysis function for case problems,(3) Dictionary function for difficulty analysis,(4) Problem creation function for case problems,(5) Textbook function for pre-study and post-study, and (6) Score management function. 1 ~ 4 [R2~3 years] ④, ④[Year R4] Early stage: ④Later stage: the corresponding type of teaching is added to the text, and the teaching form such as the color type, etc. is added to the text, and the problem case is changed from Word to Text (paper), and the Google name is changed from Google to Google. In addition, this new feature is included in "The IAFOR International Conference on Arts & Humanities in Hawaii 2023,""CIEC Spring Conference 2023,""Society Development,""Desire,""Choice," and "Distribution."
