2022年度は2020年度に研究したヒューマニスティック英語教育の理論的枠組みをさらに発展させ、1. 1990年代以降のヒューマニスティック・ランゲージ・ティーチング(HLT)の流れの解説、2. HLTの研究分野の図示を行った。また、引き続き小中高の３チームに分かれて研究を行った。小学校チームは「第１回英語パフォーマンスチャレンジコンテスト」を実施し、評価ルーブリックの開発を行った。11小学校から30作品の応募があり、1st Prize 3作品、2nd Prize 7作品、3rd Prize 20作品を表彰した。また、作品集を2月に製本配布した。中学校チームは「SDGsを意識した中学校英語授業の実践」「目的、場面及び状況に即した英語授業づくり」について研究を行った。高校チームは「英語コミュニケーションⅠの教科書分析：SDGsをどのように扱っているか」「『論理・表現Ⅰ』教科書の内容分析」について研究を行った。これらの成果を『ヒューマニスティック英語教育研究会紀要第３号』に掲載、出版した。前年度に引き続きCaring and Sharing in the Foreign Language Class(Moscowitz著）という書籍の読書会を行い、2022年度は読書会を７回にわたり開催した。2022年6月に総会を行い、2022年7月に授業アイデアカフェ、11月には静岡大学の稲葉英彦先生から「その子らしさがあふれる英語授業～指導と支援のあいだ～」というご講演を拝聴した。2023年5月にヒューマニスティック英語教育研究会紀要第3号の発刊に至り、過去３年間の集大成を掲載した。
