项目摘要

2022（令和4）年度は、コロナ禍により2020年度と2021年度に実施できなかった台湾での史資料調査を行った。台湾には、板垣退助が台湾での民主化を進めるため台湾同化会を組織するため、1914（大正3）年と1915年に渡台した際の動静を窺える史資料が残されている。もっともここ10年で台湾の諸機関ではデジタルデータ化が進み、国外からもアクセス可能なデジタルデータが増えたが、台北の中央研究院（台湾史研究所档案館と図書館）、国立台湾大学、国立台湾図書館には入館しないと閲覧できないデジタルデータ・史資料が存在しており、今回、それらを重点的に調査し、数多くの資料を蒐集することができた。そのほか、台北、台中、台南、屏東（旧・阿猴）、高雄（旧・打狗）など、板垣が渡台した時の足跡調査も行うことができた。論文等執筆は、昨年度に引き続き、自由党と進歩党とが合同して誕生した憲政党時代の板垣退助の政党論と政党指導の検討を進めた。これとは別に、2018（平成30）年に中国・南開大学で開催された国際学術シンポジウム「明治維新と近代世界」で発表した内容を改訂増補した論文「板垣退助における明治維新の理念と自由民権運動の論理」を執筆し、『立正大学文学部論叢』146（2023年3月）で発表した。本論では、明治維新の理念「公議輿論」に着目しながら、それが自由民権運動の論理とどのように接続・展開したのかを1868（明治元）年から1881年までの時期を対象として考察した。このほか自由民権運動研究を開拓した鈴木安蔵氏の旧蔵資料が立正大学図書館に未整理状態で所蔵されていたため、報告者の同学着任を機に単独で資料整理に当たり、調査を行った。その成果は「立正大学所蔵「鈴木安蔵旧蔵資料」とその意義」（『立正大学文学部研究紀要』第39号、2023年3月）として発表した。

In the 10th year of 2010, Taiwan's various institutions have been developing rapidly, overseas countries have been developing rapidly, and Taipei's Academia Sinica has been developing rapidly.(Taiwan History Institute Archives and Library), National Taiwan University, and National Taiwan Library are among the most important research and collection sites for historical data. Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Pingtung (old·monkey), Kaohsiung (old·dog), Itagaki, Taichung, Taichung, Taichung The paper was written in the past year, and the Liberal Party and the Progressive Party were born. The Party Theory and the Party Guidance of the Constitutional Party were discussed. In 2018 (Heisei 30), Nankai University, China, opened an international academic forum entitled "Meiji Restoration and the Modern World" and revised its contents. The paper "Itagaki Retreat and the Logic of the Restoration Concept and the Free Civil Movement" was written and published in "Meiji University Literature Forum Series" 146 (March 2023). The concept of Meiji Restoration "public opinion" is the focus of the study of the logic of the free civil movement from 1868 to 1881. The research of the free civil movement was carried out by Suzuki Yasuhiro. The old data was collected from the university library. The data was collected from the reporter's classmates. The data was collected from the investigation. The results of the research are presented in the "Suzuki Yasuko's Old Data" published by Risho University ("Research Notes of the Faculty of Literature of Risho University" No. 39, March 2023).
