项目摘要

本研究の目的は，貿易と経済成長の関係が児童労働撲滅に与える影響について経済理論的に分析することである。これまで国際機関・政府・企業やNGOなど様々な主体が児童労働の問題に対して取り組んできたが，いまだ解決には至っていない。本研究では，ILO (2017) による最新の推計を踏まえて，貿易と児童労働の関係に注目する。貿易の拡大が家計の児童労働選択に対して，どのように影響を与えるのかを分析した上で，児童労働撲滅を目標とする政策について検討する。近年，児童労働に関する経済理論的研究は様々な角度から分析されている。例えば，所得分配と児童労働の関係，熟練労働・未熟練労働の賃金と児童労働との関係，出生率と児童労働の関係などが挙げられる。本研究では，貿易と児童労働の関係について，長期的な観点から分析を行う。児童労働撲滅の政策は，教育政策のほかに，人権の確保，貿易政策，企業の社会的責任など幅広いものがある。2022年は上記の政策の実現可能性を探るためにモデル統合の可能性をはかった。それと同時に，研究成果として国内外の研究集会や学会で報告する予定であった。しかしながら，コロナ禍で国内外の研究集会や学会はオンライン開催となり，海外の研究者との交流はかなり困難であった。そこで，研究分担者と個別にオンラインを主体とした打ち合わせを行うことによりモデル統合を行った。その結果，政策組合せによる児童労働撲滅に関する政策提言を行う。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between trade and economic growth and the impact of trade on economic growth. This is the case for international organizations, governments, enterprises and NGOs. This study focuses on the latest projections from ILO (2017) on the relationship between trade and child labour. The impact of trade on children's health is analyzed and discussed in the context of policy. In recent years, the research on the theory of child labor has been carried out from different angles. For example, the relationship between income distribution and child labor, the relationship between skilled and unskilled child labor, and the relationship between birth rate and child labor This study analyzes the long-term relationship between trade and child labor. Child protection policy, education policy, human security policy, trade policy, corporate social responsibility, etc. In 2022, the possibility of implementing the above-mentioned policies was explored. At the same time, the research results will be reported to the domestic and foreign research conferences and societies. It is difficult for overseas researchers to communicate with each other. The study participants were divided into two groups: As a result, the policy mix is set up to support the implementation of policy recommendations.
