まず、Impact Assessment for Developing Countries: A Guide for Government Officials and Public Servantsを出版し、規制の事前評価に関する制度、分析手法、分析結果の利用法、質の向上についての対策に関して、これまでの研究成果を公表することができた。概要は以下の通り。特に発展途上国の規制を改善するために影響評価（IA）を導入することをテーマとし、日本とパキスタンでIAを導入した経験や、OECD加盟各国での関係者へのインタビューに基づき、規制の事前評価の理念、手順、制度設計、評価の視点などを取り上げ、評価の本質に焦点を当て、重要な部分を簡略化して概説したこと。また、エビデンスに基づく危機管理の手法や戦略を政策評価に取り入れることの重要性について示したことが貢献である。また、事前評価をいかに早期からおこなうことが重要かについて示したこと、さらに組織の経済学に基づいて、そのためのインセンティブ設計の提案を行ったことが特に独自の貢献となっている。次に、Training choice of general or firm-specific under contractual incompletenessをAMES china 及び韓国応用経済学会で報告し、競争市場で企業普遍的訓練が行われる可能性について議論した。ベッカー[1964]が指摘したように、企業や雇用者は従業員に企業特殊訓練を提供する強いインセンティブを持っている。しかしながら、すべての企業が一般的な訓練を選択した場合、企業の利益は外部性効果を排除しても一般的な訓練を選択するのと同等である。これより、一般的な訓練を提供するための実装可能なメカニズムを提案した。またVSRPDの実験をバンコクでも行い、国際比較の研究のデータを提供した。また、ITプラットフォームについてもサーベイすることで、論点を洗い出すことができた。
