项目摘要

昨年度に引き続き、本研究の目的は、世代間格差是正に向けた雇用政策の定量的評価（実証的厚生分析）を行うことにある。そこで具体的な研究テーマは、（１）「就職氷河期世代とそうでない世代の間の経済・厚生格差に関する実証分析」、および（２）「健康度の異なる世代間の経済・厚生格差に関する実証分析」、に分けられる。２０２２年度における各テーマの研究実績について詳述すると、まずテーマ（１）については、分析結果をまとめたものを「就職氷河期世代の主観的幸福度に関する実証分析」『経済学論究　高林喜久生博士退職記念号』（第76巻第３号2022年12月）として発表した。まず就職氷河期世代とそれ以外の世代との間の経済格差は重要な政策課題であり、特に主観的幸福度の違いまで踏み込んだ研究はこれまで皆無であることから、この研究成果が今後の政策形成に果たす役割の重要性は大きいと考えられる。一方、テーマ（２）については、昨年度分析モデルは確定したものの、データの欠損値が多いためにより高次の分析が出来ないという事態に直面した。この点に対処するために、欠損値の補正を行い、再度予備的な分析を行った上で、最終的な分析モデルを確定した。その上で、高次の推定のうち８割のモデルの推定を完了した。テーマ（２）については、世界的にも殆ど研究が進んでいない分野であり、日本国内では初の分析となる。その意味では、国内のみならず世界レベルで見てもその研究成果の学術的意義は大きいと考えられる。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate employment policy quantitatively (empirical health analysis). Specific research topics include: (1)"Empirical analysis of intergenerational differences in health and well-being";(2)"Empirical analysis of intergenerational differences in health and well-being"; and (3)"Empirical analysis of intergenerational differences in health and well-being." The results of the research in 2022 were detailed and analyzed."Evidence analysis on the happiness of the main generation in the employment period""Dr. Takabayashi's retirement memorial"(No. 76, December 2022) was published. The importance of research results for future policy formation is significant. 1. The analysis of the situation in the past year is to determine whether the situation is serious or not. The point is to correct the loss, to prepare the analysis again, and to determine the final analysis.
