项目摘要

本研究の目的は産業上有意義な科学技術を早期に特定するべく、科学技術が産業に資するまでの知識のパスをモデル化することにある。本年度も引き続き、知識の異種ネットワークにおける構造的な位置づけの遷移パターンを抽出することで実用的なイノベーションフローモデルをネットワーク構造として説明するモデルを構築することを目指してきた。特に、科学と技術のインタフェースに着目した知識の遷移モデルを構築し、また技術と産業のインタフェースに着目した知識の遷移モデルについてより詳細について解釈を深めた。具体的には、CCUSをはじめとした科学技術分野の動向を明らかにし、科学論文と特許公報との交差分析による知識抽出を行っている。手法の観点では、これまで有効と考えてきたTransformerによる双方向のエンコード表現（BERT）の精度については、企業の有価証券報告書を対象とした分析からも一定程度高いことが確認できた。一方で、大規模言語モデルの解釈可能性については一定の課題が残っている。専門家との議論を積極的に行うことを予定しており、定性的な評価と考察にしする情報収集を積極的に行っていき成果につなげる。当該年度予定していた国内外のヒアリングについては新型コロナウイルスの影響もあり予定通り全て執り行うことができないものもあったが全体に対する影響は軽微である。当初の研究期間を延長しこれらの影響を取り戻す。今後は、統合的にモデル化する手法の開拓に資することで当初の目的である産業上有意義な科学技術を早期に特定する手法として確立していく。
