令和4（2022年）年度では、研究代表者がこれまで収集・整理してきた資料に基づき、論文の執筆を中心に研究活動を行った。まずは昨年度に開催した科研費共同研究ワークショップでの報告（「1950年代における中国対外金融の展開過程：課題と論点」）を論文に発展させるために仮説の再構築を行った。そして金融官僚の形成と変容を対象に金融システムの長期的な変化について、学会報告や論文執筆を行った。また中国銀行業の動向をフローする文章をまとめた。ほかには、中国資本市場の歴史や中国の対外金融と人民元の国際化を考察する著書の書評を執筆した。研究分担者は、中国の資本市場や政府系ファンドを中心に東南アジア・香港株式市場との連動性や最新の研究動向をまとめる学術論文の執筆を行った。ほかに、研究代表者と共同で中国金融に関する入門書の企画・執筆を行った。これらの研究活動をベースに、共同で研究計画を遂行する一方、問題意識の共有を図っている。令和４年度では研究分担者２人を含めて学術図書１、学術雑誌・大学紀要論文５、学会報告６回、書評３の実績を挙げている。ほかには一般向け経済誌の総説も執筆している。以上の研究業績は、いずれも中国金融市場やアジア金融市場およびアジア経済論の関連研究である。とりわけ中国金融市場をめぐる長期的制度変容を中心に検討を積み重ねている。研究分担者の関連研究は、中国金融の構造的変化を分析するに際して、アジアという広域の視角を与えている。
