项目摘要

本研究の目的は、「起業家と利害関係者とのネットワーキングの構築・解体」と「それらを通じた起業家と利害関係者の認識枠組と行動の変容」といった観点から起業機会の認識・実現プロセスを明示することである。2022年度は、主に2つのことを実施した。1つ目は、『青森からはばたくじょっぱり起業家群像Ⅱ』という書籍を刊行した。本書は、これまでの研究成果を所属大学内研究者とともに整理したものである。起業においては、起業家が英雄のように扱われるのではなく、起業家を取り巻く利害関係者の存在とその関係性が必要であること、および利害関係者との関係性は構築するばかりではなく時として解体されることもあるといった本研究の基礎をなす研究成果をまとめたものである。2つ目は、文献研究と資料データの整理を行った。文献研究では、利害関係者との関係性の構築や解体に関して、オープン戦略に関する研究の整理を行った。オープン戦略の考え方に依拠して、起業家と利害関係者との「関わり合い」「透明性」の程度をめぐる議論を念頭に考察した。すなわち、利害関係者はどのような状況や場合に関係性を構築し、どのような状況や場合になると関係性を解体するのか整理を試みた。ただこれら研究は、まだ概念的議論にとどまっており、実証研究段階まで至っていない点が大きな課題であることも明らかとなった。文献研究を通じて指摘した課題は今後検証するために、まずはインタビュー調査を実施してく必要がある。そこで2023年度はインタビュー調査を行い、質的データの収集を行う予定である。
