项目摘要

本研究は、「企業間の取引関係において、サプライヤー間関係のありかたが、バイヤーとの取引関係にどのような影響を及ぼしているのか」を明らかにすることを目的として出発した。令和４年度は、レジリエンスを鍵概念として、日本の自動車産業の自動車メーカー・部品サプライヤー間の取引関係のデータを使用した定量的な分析を行い、その成果を国際学会において報告した。なお、企業間の取引関係におけるレジリエンスとは、外的なショックを被った後でサプライチェーンをすばやく復旧あるいは元よりも良い状態にすることを指す。本研究は、レジリエンスをもたらす先行要因として、協調・競争の並存する企業間関係にとくに注目をした。学会報告を通じて得られたフィードバックを列挙すると、次のようであった。①使用した定量分析の手法を精緻化する必要性、とりわけ、内生性への対応の必要性。②レジリエンスの測定のうえでは複数の指標を参照することで結果の頑健性を確保すべきこと。③分析対象としている日本の自動車産業の取引形態の特性についてのより詳細な記述の追加。④日本の自動車産業というコンテクストにとらわれず、得られた知見にある程度の一般化可能性があることを示すこと。⑤これら一連の改訂を通じて、本研究の考察および理論的貢献のさらなる明確化をすべきこと。これらの示唆は、今後の論文改訂のための指針として有益であった。これらをふまえて論文を修正し、次年度に英文学術誌へ投稿する予定である。

This study aims to clarify the relationship between enterprises and the relationship between enterprises. In 2004, the Japanese automobile industry's key concepts and products were analyzed quantitatively and the results were reported to the International Society. The relationship between enterprises and enterprises should be improved. This study focuses on the relationship between enterprises, coordination and competition. The report was published in the Journal of Science and Technology. (1) The necessity of refinement of quantitative analysis methods, the necessity of endogenous analysis. 2. The determination of a number of indicators to ensure the robustness of the results (3) Analysis of the characteristics of the introduction pattern of Japan's automobile industry. (4) Japan's automobile industry has a general possibility of obtaining knowledge. 5. The research on the contribution of the theory to the development of science and technology. The paper is revised in the future. This year's edition of the journal is scheduled for publication.
