项目摘要

2022年度は2021年度～2022年度にかけて研究代表者が所属する大学で実施した、複数のアントレプレナーシップ教育プログラム、大学教員向け研修プログラム（FDプログラム）を対象に、データの取得と分析を行った。これらの結果については、共同研究者らと共著で国内外で積極的に発表等を行った。具体的な研究実績の一部として、今回開発した理論フレームワークについては、"Virtual Entrepreneurship Education Program: A Multilevel Framework for Measuring Learning and Growth"のタイトルで国際学会AOMで発表を行っている。さらに2021年5月15日～2022年2月19日にかけて実施したFDプログラムは、（1）起業家精神の理解（2）起業に必要なビジネス知識とスキル（3）社会性と情動のスキル（4）教室での学習と実践を組み合わせから構成した。授業に8割以上出席し、課題をこなした教員には、個人学習レポートとデジタル認定証を授与した。分析結果の概要は下記である。ポジティブな効果として、社会的規範の認識、知覚行動制御性、自己効力感、クリエイティブ自己効力感、エラー・コミュニケーションの上昇が認められれた。モデレーティング効果として、女性参加者は、時間の経過とともにエラーストレインが減少すること、グロースマインドセット（GM）が高いほど、起業にかかる社会的規範の成長が促進されること、高GMは知覚行動制御性の成長を促進すること、高いGMは創造的自己効力感の成長を促進することが示唆された。さらに、不確実性の回避(UA)において、低UAは知覚された行動制御の成長を促進する点、コーチングトレーニング（CT）は創造的自己効力感の成長を促進する点を分析から明らかにした。本分析は、国内の学術誌に論文を投稿中である
