今年度は、引き続きコロナ禍の影響で移動がやや制限されていたものの、ZOOM等を用いたオンラインインタビュー方法を積極的に活用し、各地の「守る会」関係者へのインタビュー及び資料収集等を継続的に実施した。とりわけ今年度は、昨年度実施したオンラインでのインタビュー調査結果の内容を検討し、課題を明らかにしたうえで、同じキーパーソンに対する継続的なインタビューを実施した。また、１カ月に一回程度の頻度で研究会を開催し、各地の「守る会」が発行している機関誌の整理・目録作成作業に取り組みつつ、基礎文献の収集および精読も定期的に行っている。具体的には以下のとおりである。（1）「守る会」に関連する基礎文献の収集と精読：「守る会」運動に関連する基礎文献や論文（①社会保障運動や社会福祉運動に関する文献、②共産党関連の文献、③「守る会」に関する先行研究、④分析に必要な理論に関する文献、⑤生活保護制度・社会保障制度に関する文献等）を収集し、そのうえで、随時、ZOOMを用いたオンライン研究会を実施し、共同でこれらの精読・分析を行った。（2）守る会の機関誌の整理：守る会の機関誌である『生活と健康』の1990年代～2000年代にかけての目録・データベースの作成を行った（2000年代以降についての作業も継続中）。（3）各地域の守る会運動のキーパーソンへのインタビュー調査の実施：各地域の「守る会」運動の成立背景の調査、運動年表の作成等を目的に、広島、札幌、金沢の「守る会」の活動を担っていた主要なメンバーへの聞き取り調査を一部対面やZOOMにて実施した。
