项目摘要

学生の汎用的能力（中でもリーダーシップとそれに関連する知識・スキル・態度）の養成を目的とした研修プログラムを企画・運営するに当たり、研修の効果性向上に資する要素とは如何なるものであるかを考察するという本研究の目的を念頭に、全体計画に沿って以下の研究活動を行った。研修プログラム受講者への調査：本研究が調査・分析対象とする2つのリーダーシップ・プログラム、すなわち「UNGL学生リーダーズ・サマースクール（2022年9月1-3日）」及び「UNGLリーダーシップ・チャレンジinサイパン（2023年3月5-10日）」の受講者・既受講者（卒業生）に対する量的・質的調査を実施。後述の通り、パンデミックの影響から質的調査については一部進捗に遅れが生じた。調査結果の公開：調査活動から得られた知見を纏め、論文として投稿・公開した（「パンデミック下における大学間連携リーダーシップ・プログラムの企画と運営：「学生リーダーズ・サマースクール」に関する事例報告」『大学教育実践ジャーナル』愛媛大学教育・学生支援機構、第22号、103-110頁）。当該論文内では、研修プログラムを構成する要素として、①属性の異なるメンバーによるグループ構成、②インバスケット的な課題やミッション、③ピアで、また教職員や学生スタッフのサポートを得て行うリフレクションの3点に着目し、パンデミック前の通常実施時とコロナ禍でのオンライン実施、及び制約がある中での対面実施時との比較を通じて、それらが研修の効果性に及ぼす影響について整理を試みた。

The purpose of developing students 'general ability (knowledge, attitude, etc.) is to plan and operate the study.
