项目摘要

共著論文として、性的指向・性自認に関する概念と測定法に関する海外の先行研究をレビューした上で、大阪市民調査のデータに基づき人口学的属性との関連を分析した。その結果、親や本人が日本国籍を持たない人や女性など、マイノリティ属性である方が、性的指向に関し異性愛以外の回答が多いなど、諸外国の分析結果と共通する結果が得られた。性別欄とジェンダー統計に関しては、LGBTの人権やプライバー保護とジェンダー統計の維持向上との両立をどのように図るか、政府や自治体の取組事例や動向をさらに調査し、情報の流れの観点から理論的に整理し、解決策の類型とともに、課題と今後の望ましい方向性を示した。トランスジェンダーのトイレ利用に関しては、オフィスおよび公共施設に関して、シスジェンダー・トランスジェンダー全国6万人を対象に産学連携でweb調査を行い、基礎報告書を作成し、分析を進めている。2017年の調査に比べ、5年間でトランスジェンダーのトイレ利用に関する抵抗感の減少がみられた。トランスジェンダーは、利用したいトイレを利用できていない人がオフィスでは約 4 割、公共施設では約 3 割に上ること、またトランスジェンダーの中で「利用しているトイレ」も「利用したいトイレ」もさまざまであった。シスジェンダー/トランスジェンダー双方にとって、「トイレの選択肢」があることが重要であることが示された。制度面に関しては、自治体の条例・規則における同性愛等に関する条項の有無や内容を、いくつかの自治体について網羅的に調査した、その結果、青少年育成条例・規則における有害図書の指定において、「性交またはこれに類する性行為」があるのに加えて「同性間の行為」を挙げる条項があり。性的マイノリティの人権保護の観点から問題があること、また早期にあるいは近年削除修正した府県もある一方で、長年放置されている県が多数に上ることを見出した。
