本研究における2022年度の実施状況は、2021年度のパイロット計測による結果を省察した上で、新たなfNIRS計測のための課題を再検討し、2022年8-9月、2023年2月-3月の２期間に分けて実験を実施した。課題は、1.視覚刺激:a.文章(詩），b.写真（風景），c.絵画（抽象画）と、2.描画制作:a.象徴画(単語からイメージする図像の描画），b.模写（葉っぱの模写），c.抽象画（感情を色面で表現）を課題とし，大脳皮質(前頭前野)の脳血流の増減について，機能的近赤外分光分析器（fNIRS）を用いて42chの経時的変化を検証した。被験者はA.一般健常学生群7名(全員女性/全員右利き）、更にはB.美術教育を専門的に学んだ熟達者群16名(男女比1:15/右利き14:左利き2)とし、美術経験の差が課題実行時の脳血流量に差異を齎すか検証することとした。各課題ともtask-restを2回繰り返すブロックデザインとし,視覚刺激はtask30秒/rest30秒，描画制作はtask60秒/rest30秒とした。各課題における課題遂行中のOxy-Hb濃度のインテグラル解析を行った結果，視覚刺激では，課題によってOxy-Hb濃度が上昇する部位に個人差があったが，学生群が美術熟達者群よりもOxy-Hb濃度の上昇が高い傾向が見られた。絵画制作では，それぞれの課題によって，Oxy-Hb濃度の上昇が見られ，被験者間において課題遂行時に賦活する共通の部位が見られた。各課題のOxy-Hb測定値よりZscoreを算出し，各群間の比較を行ったところ，視覚刺激では，課題間における有意差は認められなかった。絵画制作においては，「c.抽象画」が他課題よりも有意に上昇した。学生群と美術熟達者の比較では，「c.抽象画」における美術熟達者のスコアが有意に高く，難易度の高い表現課題に対して，美術経験量と脳活動の関連性が示唆されるものとなった。

In addition, the increase of Oxy-Hb concentration was observed in all subjects, and the common site of activation was observed in all subjects. Oxy-Hb measurement values for each subject were calculated, and comparisons between groups were made. Visual stimuli were used to determine the differences between subjects. "C. Abstract painting" is a topic that is intentionally raised. The comparison between students and art masters is opposite,"c. abstract painting" refers to the intentional high degree of difficulty of art masters, and the high degree of difficulty of art masters.
