项目摘要

本研究は，児童虐待のリスク要因のひとつとされる発達障害のリスク要因を中和する補償要因（強み）を強化するための支援策を検討することを目的としている。虐待へのアプローチをなにが虐待問題を未然に防ぐのかという補償要因に着目し，発達障害の子どもをもつ親にアクセスしてリスク要因と補償要因を特定したうえで支援策を検討し，発達障害の子どもが障害ゆえに虐待の犠牲者にならないように，発達障害の子どもを救うという目的を達成することへの貢献を目指している。2022年度は，研究実施計画に基づき，発達障害者支援センター，放課後デイサービスなどの施設において，発達障害の子どもと虐待のリスクなどの現状について視察を行った．発達障害の子どもが増加傾向にあること，施設利用の人数の制限などで支援を必要としている発達障害をもつ子どもに対する支援を受け入れられない状況にあること、学童期までの支援から18歳以上の支援の包括的な支援に課題があることなどの現状が把握できた．発達支援センター等の支援を利用している発達障害の子どもをもつ母親へのインタビュー調査の依頼および調査の実施を行った．インタビューにおいて，発達障害に気づいた時から受診までの心情、診断告知時から，障害受容に至るまでの内面のプロセスについての語りがあった．わが子の発達障害という障害の受容を経て、周囲の理解や協力体制、早期の治療および発達支援に繋がること，支援を受けるなかで母親同士のネットワークの重要性，発達障害の子どもが生活するうえで関わる周囲の人々発達障害に対する理解のあり方などが補償要因を強化ことの必要性が把握できた。2023年度は、インタビュー調査内容を詳細に分析し、母親の補償要因（強み）の特定と強化するための支援策を検討する．
