人を対象とする医学系研究では、弱者に寄り添う医療者が「研究者」となるがゆえに存在する倫理的課題があり、患者が研究対象者となることを想定した倫理教育を実施する必要がある。知識や問題解決能力の修得に関する能動的学修手法はすでに実施可能な体制が整っているが、既存の学修ツールでは行動や態度の涵養には不十分であると考えられ、知識と行動や態度のギャップを埋めるシミュレーション教育が必要である。2020年度は、模擬被験者とのシミュレーションを組み込んだ授業・研修プログラム(模擬被験者介入研究倫理実務者養成コース)を開発する。2021～2022年度は、大学院の授業でこの研究倫理実務者養成コースを実践し、その有効性を検証・評価することを本研究の目的としていた。①2022度もこれまで同様COVID-19感染拡大のため、「模擬被験者養成コース」の開催が困難であった。多くの模擬患者は高齢であり遠隔での養成コースへの参加が困難であるのか理由である。②カリキュラム開発に関しては、ICTを活用した授業に対する多くの経験を積み重ねており遠隔授業に向けたプログラム実践方略は構築できていると思われる。一方、シミュレーション教育素材の開発が遅れており、今後推進する必要がある。③研究の推進のための各共同研究者との打ち合わせ等に関しても、共同研究者は各大学の教育担当部門の教員であり、COVID対応のため会議の開催が困難であった。
