项目摘要

新型コロナウイルス感染状況が続いていることから、研究目標、方法の再検討を行った。その結果、テレビ会議システム等を活用した教育プログラムの内容を具体的に検討する必要があることを確認した。新型コロナウイルス感染拡大後にテレビ会議システムが普及し、その活用が広く行われており、場所を設定した対面での集合研修と比べて、研究対象者にとっては研修場所に出向くといったことがないことから研究対象者の負担軽減につながる。加えて、新型コロナウイルスの感染状況が収束に向かった場合であっても、これらの理由からテレビ会議システムの活用は有用であることを確認した。次に小児看護学実習に携わる看護師が教育的関わりを能動的に学ぶ上でのニーズ分析としてハンドサーチを含めた文献検討を行った。その結果、小児看護学実習に携わる看護師の背景や病棟の状況を考慮することが重要であるとわかった。具体的には、短期入院の子どもと家族の状況の判断や看護実践には小児看護経験が必要であり、小児看護経験が少ない中で実習指導を行う場合も考慮したプログラム内容の検討が必要であることがわかった。また、成人との混合病棟において子どもと家族が入院する場合、小児の成長発達や小児看護技術に関すること、子どもの家族への看護について困難を感じることがあるため、子どもとその家族の理解に関する内容を含めたプログラムの検討が必要であることを確認した。
