项目摘要

本研究は、他者に見える2つの環境配慮行動を対象に、「他者に関わる要因も含むことで信頼性を高めた、包括的な意思決定プロセス」を質問紙調査の分析により、まず明らかにする。その上で、それぞれで有意になった意思決定要因に対応する情報を複数設定し、どの情報の提供が2つの環境配慮行動をより促進させるかを、RCT社会実験により検証するものである。2022年度は、他者に見える2つの環境配慮行動のうち、家屋外での緑のカーテン実施について、兵庫県の一戸建・長屋建世帯のうち、これまで緑のカーテンを実施したことのない世帯に対し、RCT社会実験を2回実施した（事前調査、事後調査）。具体的には調査会社の兵庫県の登録モニターに対し、Webを通じて実施した。1回目は緑のカーテンの種蒔き時期前の4月下旬に、各種属性、節電に係る意識や行動、地域での活動等を測定した。加えて、対象者をランダムに5つのグループに振り分け、5つの情報のいずれかを各グループに提示した。5つの情報は、緑のカーテン日本一を目指している福知山市の住民の緑のカーテン実施率や緑のカーテンの実施経験に係る情報を基に作成し、社会的比較の影響を検証できるように設定した。2回目は8月下旬に1回目の回答者に対して実施し、今夏の緑のカーテンの実施有無、その判断時の意識、今夏の節電行動等を測定した。そして、各グループ間で緑のカーテン実施率の実施水準を比較検証し、緑のカーテン実施率を高める提供情報について分析・考察を進めた。もう1つの環境配慮行動は、マイボトル利用について、マイボトル持参による店頭での飲料商品割引を実施しているコーヒーチェーン6店のいずれかを週1回以上利用し、コーヒー系飲料を注文し、マイボトルを保有していない対象者に対し、RCT社会実験を2回実施した（事前調査、事後調査）。具体的には調査会社の登録モニターに対し、Webを通じて実施した。
