项目摘要

本研究は以下の主要な2つの課題によって研究目的を達成しようとしている。課題1は団地再生の計画の把握、課題2は団地経営のスキームの把握である。それら課題にはそれぞれ2つの小課題を設定しており、令和4年度は課題1及び2に関する現地調査を実施した。申請時（令和1年、2019年）に立てていた調査計画が、新型コロナウィルスの世界的感染拡大を受けて延期されていたのだが、感染状況のコントロールが国内外にて達成されつつあり、海外渡航のハードルが徐々に緩和されてきたため実施することができた。令和4年8-9月には、課題1の現地調査は「団地再生の事業実態」を把握するため、パリ市内の複数の再生事例（再生目的や手法に特徴がある事例を抽出したのち）の踏査を行った。11月には都市住宅学会にてヨーロッパの住宅政策の方向性の転換について、当該踏査の結果などを踏まえてシンポジウムの話題提供をした。また、12月にはISAIA（International Symposium on Architectural Interchange in Asia アジアの建築交流国際シンポジウム）で結果を報告した。令和5年2-3月には、前年度に研究課題として残っていたPSLA(Pret Social Location Accession)やBRS(Bail Reel Solidaire)に関する情報を、PARIS HABITAT（パリ市住宅供給公社）及びLa Coop Foncier（パリ市においてBRS事業を管轄する組織）に対してヒアリング調査を実施した。現在、オンラインで公開されているBRS住宅のプランなどを収集する追加調査を実施しているところである。
