本研究の目的は、民間信用調査の調査結果を用い、農業経営の財務構造と統治のダイナミズムについて分析し、農業金融問題への新たな分析枠組みの導入可能性の検証を行うことである。民間信用調査は、複数年の財務諸表に加え、取引銀行や出資関係、取引先など、広く企業統治にかかわる情報を有しており、これまで手薄であった農業金融分野におけるミクロ的視点による実証を可能にする。本研究では、90年代以降、めざましい発展を遂げている中小企業金融の分析枠組みにより、多様な農業経営主体と資金供給主体（政府・民間金融機関・仕入先）との取引関係等の分析を行い、農業の成長産業化に資する農業金融の役割や政策課題を明らかにすることをめざす。本研究の課題は、以下の二点に集約される。第一は、民間信用調査から、農業金融のミクロ的視点の分析に資する情報の検討を行い、構築したデータベースから、農業経営の財務構造と統治のダイナミズムを明らかにすること、第二は、農業金融問題への新たな分析枠組みの導入可能性の検証である。２０２２年度は、２１年度から引き続き、第一の課題である、民間信用調査から、農業金融のミクロ的視点の分析に資する情報の検討を行い、データベースの試行入力を行った。２２年度はオンラインでの研究会やインタビューを複数回開催し、コロナ禍で実地調査の制限もある中で、成果の一部を9月に開催された、日本農業経営学会分科会で、科研のメンバーとともに報告した（分科会テーマ：農業経営の倒産・再生・継承研究の現段階）。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial structure and governance of agricultural management, to analyze the new analysis of agricultural financial problems, and to examine the possibility of introduction. The private credit investigation includes the financial statements of multiple years, the introduction of bank investment relations, the introduction of advanced information, the introduction of corporate governance information, and the possibility of certification from the viewpoint of agricultural finance division. This study focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the development of SME finance since the 1990s and the development of SME finance since the 1990s. It also analyzes the relationship between various agricultural management entities and capital suppliers (government, private financial institutions, and government officials). This research topic is divided into the following two aspects. The first one is the investigation of folk credit, the analysis of agricultural finance from the viewpoint of information, the construction of financial structure, the financial structure and management of agricultural management, and the second one is the investigation of the possibility of introducing new analysis groups of agricultural finance problems. In 2022, the first issue was introduced in 2021, and the first issue was discussed. The private credit survey was conducted. The information analysis of agricultural finance was conducted. The trial input of the project was conducted. In 2012, the Japan Agricultural Management Association held a research conference on agricultural management, research and development, and a report on the current stage of agricultural management, regeneration and research.
