项目摘要

農業従事者における運動器疾患の疼痛軽減効果に関して、エビデンス・グレーディングが高いランダム化比較試験だけを収集してのシステマティック・レビューを実施した。その結果、世界で4編の研究論文があり、「参加型での人間工学的アプローチ」と「疾患部位に即した筋力トレーニングを中心とした運動」、及びその併用が有意な効果があることを明らかにした。続いて、障害者をはじめだれもが安心・安全に農業に従事できる農業技術として、二つの調査研究を行った。一つ目は、農作業を委託する団体に聞き取りを行い，トウガラシ（八房）の等級選別でははっきりとした色の基準がなく，作業ができる人が限られるとの情報を得た。これに対しAIによる選別では，58枚の写真から97%を超える適合率が得られ，またカゴの中であれば複数のトウガラシが撮影されている写真であってもトウガラシを認識できることが明らかになり，AIの援用で障がい者の作業範囲が広がる可能性が示された。二つ目の調査研究では、障がい者がとうがらしを収穫する際の心理的影響について調査するため、表情画像ソフトによる解析、聞き取り調査、を実施した。結果、特定の感情値について収穫作業中と収穫後で有意な差がみられた。収穫作業工程のうち、心理的な観点からは、特に大きな負担感を感じる工程は確認されなかった。農福連携を促進する農業基盤技術開発として、東京農業大学世田谷キャンパス内にインターロッキングブロック舗装を施工し，ジオグリッドの有無による荷重分散効果について検討を行った。荷重分散効果の検討では，ジオグリッド補強工区と未補強工区の中央部において，小型FWDを用いてブロック層の弾性係数の変動を評価した。その結果，補強工区の弾性係数は年間を通じて一定値を保っていたが，未補強工区は載荷部分に圧縮沈下が生じ，弾性係数は低下することがわかった。
