项目摘要

日本全国で行われている農業関連分野における大学・地域連携の実態や課題・ニーズ等の把握・検証を目的として、大学・地域連携における主たるステークホルダーである大学や地方自治体（市町村）、農業者、食品事業者等の関係者を対象としたインタビュー調査や関連する情報収集等を行い、大学・地域連携の実態解明のための基礎情報の収集・整理を行った（主たる対象エリア：奈良県、和歌山県、鹿児島県等）。これらの情報収集・整理をもとに、取り組み地域／事例の類型化にも着手した。あわせて、令和3年度に実施した大学・地域連携に取り組んでいる市町村（奈良県内の市町村、ならびに、福島県内の市町村の計2つの市町村）の住民を対象とした郵送方式のアンケート調査の追加分析を行った。奈良県内の市町村を対象としたアンケート調査については、大学・地域連携の展開方策に対する地域住民の意向や特徴に関する分析を行った。具体的には、順序プロビットモデルを用いた分析を行い、性別や今後の大学・地域連携への関わり、大学・地域連携の評価理由、関連知識等が、連携地域産の農産物・食材の購入・利用に対する意向を特徴付ける結果が得られた。福島県内の市町村を対象としたアンケート調査については、大学・地域連携に対する地域住民の評価と期待との関係性、さらには地域住民の評価や期待に影響を与える可能性のある要因（経験、認知）と地域住民の評価や期待との関係性に関する分析を行った。具体的には、共分散構造分析を用いた分析を行い、経験が多いほど認知が高まる傾向や、認知が高いほど評価が高まる傾向、評価が高いほど期待が高まる傾向が見てとれた。これらの追加分析の結果をもとに、学会発表や論文投稿を行った。
