项目摘要

令和4年度は4年間の研究成果として、研究協力者を含む12名で『外国人生徒の学びの場　多様な学び場に注目して』（下野新聞社）を上梓した。第一部では、学校における多様な学び場として、夜間中学、定時制、特別定員枠を、第二部では、学校以外の学び場および人と学び場をつなぐ場として、自主夜間中学、移民団体、外国人学校、外国人教育相談窓口を取り上げた。第三部では、学び場からの排除や外国人生徒が直面する固有の壁などを取り上げた。学校と学校以外の多様な学び場を網羅的に取り上げた書物は類がないと思われる。以下、各章とコラムのタイトルを示す。第1章「外国人集住地域における多様な学びの場の現状と課題―子どもたちの関係流動性および承認/包摂から捉える―」。第2章「夜間中学・定時制高校の制度と機能－ドイツとの比較を通して」。第3章「定時制単位制高校における外国人生徒の教育を支える論理ー外国人特別入試枠をもつ市立札幌大通高校の事例からー」。第4章「台湾の夜間中学校の役割と社会的意義ー補習教育と生涯教育の狭間にー」。コラム「ペルーの教育制度における代替的基礎教育の位置付け」。第5章「自主夜間中学での学びー組織らしくない組織による学校らしくない学校づくりー」。第6章「移民の子どもに求められる多様な学びの場ーペルー人移民団体を事例に」。第7章「学びをつなぐ場としてのブラジル人学校―北関東ブラジル人学校の事例」。第8章「人と学びをつなげるー『あーすぷらざ外国人教育相談窓口』が果たす役割」。コラム「自主夜間中学について考える研修会」。第9章「排斥の実態とその背景にある心理学的プロセス」。第10章「学びから排除される外国につながる子どもたちの行方」。第11章「日本語習得をはばむ壁：母語との言語文化的距離に着目して」。座談会。このほか、栃木県における外国人生徒の進路状況調査（12回目）も予定通り実施した。
