项目摘要

日本で就労する外国人介護就労者の増加が見込まれ、彼らに対する学習支援の必要性も高まっている。介護人材のうち、国家試験を受験することを求められている者も少なくない。本研究は、外国人介護就労者に対する学習支援の質を高めることを目的に、介護用語学習支援のための視聴覚素材ライブラリの開発等支援者に対する支援を行うものである。2022年度については、以下の①②を行った。①介護の学習支援を行う支援者のための介護の専門日本語学習支援情報サイトにおいて学習支援を行う者が参照可能な、介護の専門日本語の学習支援に関する「ウェブサイト『やさしい日本語でまなぶ介護専門用語集』の紹介」「まずは学習環境の確認から」「ウェブサイト「介護のことばサーチ」の紹介」「『はじめて学ぶ介護の日本語　基本のことば』の紹介」「学習計画を立てる前に」「国家試験対策シリーズの学習例」「国家試験に出現する語の特徴の7点の記事を追加、拡充②「やさしい日本語でまなぶ介護専門用語集」サイト掲載の613語の介護専門用語のやさしい日本語による説明の音声読み上げ機能を実装・公開
