项目摘要

本年度では、主に『三国志演義』夷白堂本を中心に、その版本学上の位置づけ、及び日本における流伝などの諸問題について研究を行った。夷白堂本の中表紙には、大正５年小野清寄贈と記されている。本年度では、国立国会図書館・宮城県図書館所蔵資料を調査した上、幕末・明治時代の資料を整理し、小野清について検証を行った。夷白堂本には、二種類の書き込みが見られる。元の文字に対する朱筆での書き換と、他の版本を参照して補入した、夷白堂本には省略された詩である。これらの書き込みの内容を検証すると、大谷大学蔵（神田喜一郎旧蔵）の楊美生本に最も近いが、楊美生本そのものを参照したものではないことが判明される。この事実によって、夷白堂本が小野清に収蔵されるまでに、これらの書き込みはすでになされたものであることが推定される。夷白堂本の版本学上の位置づけについて、去年度では、夷白堂本に見られる誤りを初歩的に整理し、一覧表を作った。今年度では、所蔵元である慶應義塾大学によって公開された夷白堂本の写真資料と照合し、一覧表の内容を調整した。その上、嘉靖本・夏振宇本・周曰校本と比較し、二十四巻系における夷白堂本の位置づけを検証した。また、夷白堂本と周曰校諸本との特に近い関係によって、二十四巻系における「周曰校小系統」という概念を提起した。また、今年度では、幕末・明治期における仙台藩主伊達家旧蔵『三国志演義』について初歩的調査を行った。伊達家旧蔵『三国志演義』に関する記録は三種確認されている。この調査は、まだ知られていない『三国志演義』の古本が存在していた可能性を示唆しており、それが幕末・明治期の仙台藩の動向や、仙台文庫の創立と解散、後の伊達文庫の図書収集などの諸問題に関わる課題であることを示している。
