本研究は望ましい性質を満たすオークション制度についての研究を行う。本年度は以下の問題を扱った。第１の問題は、複数の同質材が存在する状況における、効率的なオークション制度の設計問題である。この問題で効率性、耐戦略性、個人合理性、支払いの非負性を満たすオークション制度が存在するのは、選好の限界評価値が非逓減の場合のみであることを示した。この問題は昨年度から取り組んできたが、本年度の研究で各個人が負の所得効果を持つ状況を取り扱えるよう結果を一般化した。第２の問題は、財の配分に任意の制約が課されている状況における効率的かつ公平なオークション制度の設計可能性の問題である。本研究では効率性、公平性（非羨望性または匿名性）、耐戦略性を満たすオークション制度が存在するのは、配分制約がバンドリング単一需要制約であるとき、そしてそのときのみであることを示した。第３の問題は、各個人が他の個人の財の消費から影響を受ける、つまり財の消費に外部性が存在する状況における、効率的なオークション制度設計の問題である。本研究では正の外部性が存在する状況と負の外部性が存在する状況をそれぞれ分析した。第４の問題は、複数の同質材が存在する状況における公平なオークション制度の設計問題である。価格非羨望性と呼ばれる新たな公平性の性質を提示し、価格非羨望性、支払いの非負性、耐戦略性を満たすオークション制度が存在するのは、選好が部分的に限界評価額一定であるときのみであることを示した。次に、部分的に限界評価額一定の仮定が成り立たないとしても、価格非羨望性と支払いの非負性を満たすオークション制度の中で、最小逆単一価格ルールは戦略的な入札を最も防止することを明らかにした。

This study aims at exploring the nature of the system. This year, the following issues were discussed. The first problem is the existence of multiple homogeneous materials, the efficiency of the design of the system. This problem is characterized by rationality, tolerance, personal rationality, non-negativity of support, existence of a system, selection of a boundary value, and non-reduction of the situation. This year's study generalizes the results of each person's negative results. The second problem is the problem of the design possibility of the system of fairness in the distribution of financial resources. This study demonstrates the effectiveness, fairness (non-desirability, anonymity), and strategic tolerance of the system, the distribution constraints, and the need constraints. The third problem is that each person is affected by the consumption of his personal property, and the externalities of the consumption of property exist, and the efficiency of the system design is a problem. This study analyzes both positive and negative externalities. The fourth problem is the design problem of the system of fairness in the existence of multiple homogeneous materials. The property of fairness of non-desirability, non-negativity of support, and resistance to strategy is suggested. The system exists, and the limit of evaluation of selected parts is certain.
