项目摘要

本年度は、新型コロナの影響により昨年まで行うことのできなかった海外での史料調査を集中的に行った。フランスのパンテオン・ソルボンヌ大学でガーナ史・植民地史を専門とするアンヌ・ユゴン氏の助言を得つつ、主にパリの国立図書館、東洋言語文化研究所図書館、エクサン・プロヴァンスの国立海外公文書館において史料調査を行った。その結果、目録を入手することに成功しただけでなく、教育関係の書類が分類されているserie Jをほぼ全て閲覧・入手することができた。更に一部電子公開されている予算書類の欠落を補ったほか、植民地時代の教科書を入手した。フランスでの調査に加えて、セネガルにも一ヶ月間渡航し、セネガル国立文書館でも同様の調査を行った。その結果セネガルの方も目録を入手したほか、Serie Oを中心に教育視学官の報告書や学生のノート、教師の陳情書など多くの史料を入手した。また、セネガルでは街頭の古本屋などから、教科書なども入手することができた。これらの史料調査と並行して、博士論文の研究計画書を作成し、ユゴン氏の他に、ボルドー大学のエティエンヌ・スミス氏ら仏領西アフリカを専門とする研究者数名と面談して研究の方向性や史料の可能性などについて議論を交わし、助言を受けた。派遣中では史料の調査と収集に専念したため、成果を発表することは叶わなかったが、既に一部分が電子公開されていた予算書から植民地教育制度の全体像を分析する論文は、2023年度のなるべく早い時期に投稿する予定である。コロナの影響で研究の進度は遅れているが、今回入手できた史料をもとにして、なるべく遅れをとりもどしたい。

This year, the influence of new types of drugs was concentrated in the investigation of overseas historical materials. The National Library of China, the National Institute of Language and Culture, the National Overseas Public Library of China, and the National Library of China are conducting research on historical materials. The results, the catalog, the success, the educational relationship, the book category, the series, the complete view, the start. The paper will be submitted in the early part of 2023 for the analysis of the whole image of the education system of the people in the field of electronic disclosure. The progress of the study of the influence of the Communist Party of China on the development of science and technology has been changed from the beginning to the end.
