2021年度は本研究課題の三年目にあたり、前年度より引き続き主課題である①遼金元代における墓制の研究と、副課題である②デジタル技術を用いた埋葬施設分析の方法論の探究を進めた。新型コロナウイルス感染症流行の影響により、中国でのフィールド調査が難しかったため、報告書等から収集した遼金元墓データの分析、および日本国内のフィールド調査を行った。①については、2021年度までに刊行された中国の主要雑誌や該当する報告書を悉皆的に収集して遼金元墓のデータベースを作成し、GISで分布情報を整理した。遼、金、元はいずれも統治者層が異民族であり、北方地域を中心地としていた点は共通しているものの、埋葬施設の分布と形態には差異が見られた。また、遼金元墓の系譜を辿るため、長江以北の地域における遼以前の墓についても収集し、遼墓との比較分析を行なった。特にその時代の指標となる皇帝陵について、秦から唐（皇帝陵の登場から遼の前段階）までの最新の研究を整理し、論文として発表した。遼金元せん室墓の分析は昨年度に引き続き行なっており、立体構造に着目することでより通史的な変化を追えるという見通しがついた。今後は、今まで分析してきた埋葬施設の構造に加えて、壁画や副葬品の配置によって演出される埋葬施設の空間を分析し、ハードとソフトの両面から北方遊牧民族の流入が墓制に与えた影響を明らかにしていきたい。②については、コロナ禍により調査可能な期間が限られていたため、当初の予定より調査を減らし、群馬県藤岡市に所在する諏訪神社古墳の横穴式石室についての三次元計測を行った。以上、三年目は現時点での遼金元墓データベースを完成させたこと、せん室墓の「立体構造の分析」の有効性を再確認できたこと、遼金元墓の前史を整理したこと、今後の分析に向けて埋葬施設（横穴式石室）の三次元データを蓄積したこと、が成果として挙げられる。

The three-dimensional measurement of the horizontal cave type stone room in the ancient tomb of the shrine where Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture is located. In the past three years, the "three-dimensional structure analysis" of Liao Jin Yuan Tomb has been completed, and the "three-dimensional structure analysis" of Liao Jin Yuan Tomb has been reconfirmed. The previous history of Liao Jin Yuan Tomb has been sorted out, and the future analysis has been carried out.
