令和４年度は、第一に、南側途上国および北側先進国に現象する環境・エコ犯罪の形態・パターンを明らかにし、第二に、北側先進国グリーン犯罪学の理論的解釈レンズを矯正し、南側途上国で発生し、犯罪、暴力などの植民地主義に根差す諸問題を克服し、南北統合グローバル・グリーン犯罪学を生成・発展させ、第三に、天然資源等をめぐる多国間の紛争を解決する「国際環境裁判所」の創設のための諸条件を解明した。とりわけ、本課題の発展的研究として、過去・現在・未来における宇宙開発に伴う宇宙環境危害・汚染・破壊に関して、宇宙グリーン犯罪学と宇宙環境刑法の基本構想、および、太陽系・銀河系・全宇宙における資源とエネルギーのコントロールについて検討した。近年における宇宙探査・開拓の発展、宇宙資本主義に基づく積極的な開発に対して、「宇宙グリーン犯罪学」(astro-green criminology)「宇宙環境刑法」(astro criminal law)という新しい研究領域が必要である。人類は、環境を悪化し生態系を破壊した廃墟を地球上に生み出し、現在ではスペースデブリが地球周辺の宇宙を汚染し始めている。宇宙探査・開拓・開発が必要であるとするならば、地球外宇宙環境を汚染・破壊することなく、宇宙気候変動を惹起することなく、地球外生命体あるいはその進化過程を危機に晒し、阻害するような悪影響を生み出さないように、宇宙環境的かつ宇宙生態学的に安全な方法で行われなければならない。また、地球外スーパーインテリジェンス（超知性）・高度知的文明に関する諸概念や諸調査研究、彼らの複雑システムの実体、エネルギーと資源のコントロール様式を分析・検討することにより、持続可能なエネルギーと資源をコントロールする方法について示唆を得ることができるならば、私たちはより賢明になり、今後数百万年にわたって生き続けることができるかもしれない。
