项目摘要

2022年度の研究実績は，次のとおりである。第1に，宇仁宏幸氏，北川亘太氏との共著で『現代制度経済学講義』を出版した。研究代表者が執筆した同書第2章から第4章にかけては，（ポスト）ケインズ派の価格設定理論とマクロ経済モデルを接合した。そこでは，マクロ経済の安定性を保つために，財政・金融政策のみならず社会単位のコーディネーション（制度的調整）が必要であることを論じた。また，同じく研究代表者が執筆した第12章においては，最低賃金の引上げが所得格差や資産格差の縮小に効果的に作用するための諸条件について論じた。具体的には，最低賃金の引き上げが格差縮小につながるためには，資本と労働の代替の弾力性が十分に小さいことのみならず，賃上げが物価に転嫁されないよう，製品市場における競争環境を維持するような制度的政策的枠組みが必要であることを示した。第2に，徳丸宜穂氏，吉井哲氏との共著で「中小製造業企業の原価低減・組織能力と製品競争力：愛知県製造業企業への質問紙調査に基づく実証分析」を公刊し，中小企業ではいかなる原価低減活動によって実際に原価低減がもたらされいるかを明らかにした。実証分析により，長期雇用慣行のもとで形成される技能・組織能力がコスト競争力の源泉として重要であることを示す結果が得られた。このことは，技能形成の制度化・充実化によって価格競争から脱却し非価格競争への転換を図ろうとする通念的な方策の限界を示しており，技能・組織能力の使用方向に影響を及ぼす政策が必要であることを示唆している。
