静学的CGE(数値解析的一般均衡)モデルと動学的CGE(数値解析的一般均衡)モデルの融合に成功し、2021年７月発表の『中長期の経済財政に関する試算』（内閣府：2021年７月 経済財政諮問会議提出）に基づき、将来に関する経済見通しを前提とした状況をモデル内で仮定した。その成果は"Population aging and labor mobility in Japan," Japan and the World Economy 62 (2022)として公表された。得られた結果は以下の通りである。一つ目は、総人口の減少に伴い日本のGDPは2036年から減少する。これは『中長期の経済財政に関する試算』（内閣府：2021年７月 経済財政諮問会議提出）の仮定に基づいても総GDPの将来的な減少は食い止めることは出来ない。一方、高齢化の影響を受けて高齢化と関連の深い産業、特に医療、介護などの分野のGDPは引き続き成長する。二つ目は民間の介護保険産業は2018年の必要労働に対して2049年にはさらに60万人の新たな労働が必要となる。三つ目は産業間の労働の移動が以下に大切かと言うことである。特に高齢化に伴い高齢化と関連する医療、介護などの産業へのスムーズな労働移動がとても大切である。例えば、医療分野への労働移動が90％阻害された場合、国全体のGDPは0．064％減少する。また、民間の介護分野への労働が90％阻害された場合、国全体のGDPは0．03％は減少する。四つ目は他の高齢化関連産業と異なり、医薬品関連産業は異なった影響を受ける。医療関連産業への労働移動の阻害効果は医薬品関連産業にプラスに働く。これは強い代替効果によるものである。医療産業の労働移動が90％阻害された場合、医薬品関連産業のGDPは0．256％上昇する。最後に、労働移動が阻害された場合、経済全体の厚生も減少する。
