世界的な機関投資家による株式保有の増加に伴い、企業が同一の投資家を株主として持つ状況（コモンオーナーシップ）が増加している。コモンオーナーシップの増加は株式収益率の共変動増加に伴う流動性ショックの波及を引き起こすことが懸念され、欧米を中心に多くの学術的研究でコモンオーナーシップの影響に関する分析が始まっている。コモンオーナーシップはインデックス運用によるところが大きく、パッシブ運用目的のファンドによる保有が増える際の短期的なインパクト、彼らのプレゼンスが高いことによる流動性への影響が懸念されている。2022年度は、2021年度末に完成させた、コモンオーナーシップの影響排除のための自己株式取得に関する論文の対外発表の機会をつくった。セミナー形式の対内的な発表はできたが、国際学会への投稿は不採択となり、より客観的なフィードバックを得る機会は得られなかった。そのような状況を受け、論文の構成について再考を考える必要があるという認識を共著者と共有し、引き続き当該論文を改訂中である。現在、国際学会へ投稿中であり、そこでの評価を受け2023年度中に国際ジャーナルに投稿する予定である。また、同時並行で行っている経営者の特性が企業行動に与える影響の論文に関しては、改訂版を2022年度の末に完成させた。こちらについても、2023年度中における学会発表、国際ジャーナルへの投稿を予定している。その他、現在進行中である、CSR指標を通じて行うガバナンスに関する論文については、スチュワードシップの改訂に注目することで市場規律がどのように働くのかを検証していくというアイデアが固まり、現在具体的な検証を始めた段階である。
