项目摘要

≪研究目的と2022年度の実施計画≫本研究の目的は２つある。第1の目的は、異文化コンピテンシーを測定するための尺度の開発と検証である。第２の目的は、開発した異文化コンピテンシー尺度を用いて、国際人材開発の応用を目指すことである。2022年度の実施計画は、2021年度までに収集したデータの分析にもとづき、①英語による論文の執筆、②国際学会の発表、③協力企業・組織への報告を行うことであった。2022年度の研究実績は以下のとおりである。【英語論文】英語による研究論文に関しては、異文化フレキシビリティ尺度の開発（予備研究）に関する論文を執筆した。また、研究要旨ではあるが、日系企業をサンプルとした異文化環境下における曖昧さの許容性に関する調査について執筆した。尚、異文化環境下での曖昧さの許容性は異文化コンピテンシーの一部としてみなすことができる。また、本研究要旨は日本人従業員とインドネシア従業員を研究対象としたので、2023年度の主要となる研究テーマ「国際人材開発の応用」の中で、異文化コンピテンシーの比較研究に活用することになった。この2本の研究は2023年度の国際学会にて受理され発表する。【国際学会】「異文化コンピテンシー尺度の開発」について研究発表し、学会のプロシーディングスに研究論文として掲載した。尚、新型コロナ感染症感染の懸念があることにより、オンラインにより研究発表を行った。また、この国際学会の母体である学術組織が出版する専門書（論文集）に、同研究を発展させ研究論文を掲載した。【その他】文教大学経営学部セミナー（大学教員・研究者を対象）で、「異文化コンピテンシー尺度の開発」をテーマとした講演を実施した。
