変動が激しくなった現代市場において、企業間の相互作用を捉え、変動に対する企業や地域クラスターの適応力を評価する社会的な要請が高まっている。新型コロナ感染症の拡大に伴う在宅勤務の広がりや、消費の衰えによる工場稼働の停止、国際物流の輸送遅延など、企業活動に大きな影響を及ぼす事例が各地で見られたことに加え、企業の社会貢献に対する世界的意識の高まりにより、サプライチェーンの途絶リスクは一層危機感をもって認識されることとなった。本研究では、企業の適応能力が企業間関係を安定的に維持する力だけでなく、柔軟に組み換える力にも依存している可能性に着目し、ネットワークを構成する要素間の動的推移と構造特性を捉える2つのノード指標である新陳代謝度とPW指標を提案した。さらに、それらを企業間取引ネットワークにおける企業単体及び密な取引関係を持つ企業群（クラスター）の評価に適用する枠組みを構築することで、地域の産業構造とその変動への適応力に関する新たな知見を抽出した。令和4年度は、個別企業の動態分析を行う提案指標である新陳代謝度、およびネットワークの構造特性を捉えるPW指標を企業間取引ネットワークに適用した研究成果について、米国で開催された国際学会で発表した。学会での議論と得られたフィードバックを踏まえて論文を修正するとともにジャーナルへの投稿を行った。また、研究成果の書籍化に向けて申請していた出版助成に採択されたことで、次年度の出版に向けての準備が着実に進んでいる。さらに、パンデミック下において生じた新たなサプライチェーンリスクや供給の途絶、企業間の影響関係の変動について分析するため、直近の取引関係データを含む、分析対象期間とデータの拡張について検討した。データホルダーとの調整を行い、新たな体制で契約を結び直すとともに、サーバ上の分析環境をはじめとする次年度以降の研究体制の整備を行った。

This study proposes two indicators of organizational flexibility, namely, flexibility, and the ability to maintain stable relationships between organizations. In 2010 and 2014, the company's dynamic analysis proposal index, metabolism index, structural characteristics index, inter-company selection index, application index, research results index, and the United States were launched. The paper was revised and published. The application for the bibliography of research results and the preparation for the publication of the next year are progressing.
