项目摘要

2022年度はコロナ禍のなかで実行・調査可能な研究として、（１）コロナ禍のなかのグローバルバリューネットワーク（以下、GVN）の変化状況の把握、（２）IoT産業と親和性の高い電気自動車（以下、EV）分野のGVN分析、（3）車両IoT（Internet of vehicle）プラットフォームの調査、などを中心に進めていた。研究成果は以下の通りである。陳・朴・中岡（2022）は2021年度の研究成果（Park, Nakaoka, Chen (2022)）を踏まえEV関連特許の特許分析や研究開発・取引ネットワークの解析を通じてEVをめぐるGVNの形成と変化を明らかにした。具体的に、１）EVのGVNの変化として、取引ネットワークのブロック化（日本、中国、ヨーロッパ）が見られる。２）各取引ブロック内の組織間関係において、日本以外のメーカーはモジュール型の製品アーキテクチャを採り、中国EVメーカーは車載電池企業CATLを中心に分業体制を形成する一方、欧米EVメーカーは日・中・韓の主要車載電池メーカーとの研究開発・取引関係を拡大している。３）日本従来の取引の組織間関係でEVを発展させるにはリスクがある、などの示唆を得た。Nakaoka, Chenほか（2022）は世界主要ICT企業の研究開発での探索行動の度合いと違いを分析し、研究開発の組織構造とGVNの形成との関連性をさらに掘り下げた。また、GVNの構築は地理や国・地域の経営システム等との関係性を探るべく、2021年度に続き、陳・井村・中岡（2022）はテキスト分析によって中国企業の所有形態と組織マネジメント（人的資源管理）の傾向との関係性を明らかにした。そのほか、日本の中国人ネットワークやオンラインツールを通じて中国のEV・ICT企業の連携や台湾IoT関連のプラットフォーム、車両IoT推進団体（TwloTA）などをヒアリングした。

Research on the possibility of investigation in 2022;(1) Grasping the transformation status of the Internet disaster;(2) GVN analysis of the high-level electric automobile (hereinafter, EV) segment of the IoT industry affinity;(3) Investigation on the Internet of Vehicles; and (4) Progress in the center. The research results are as follows. Park, Nakaoka, Chen (2022) and the research results of 2021 (Park, Nakaoka, Chen (2022)) have been developed to analyze the license of EV connection and to analyze the formation and transformation of GVN. Specific, 1) EV GVN transformation, selection and development (Japan, China, China) 2) The relationship between organizations in each of the selected countries, the relationship between products outside Japan, the relationship between China's EV market and the formation of the division system of the vehicle battery enterprise CATL, and the relationship between Europe's EV market and Japan's, China's and South Korea's main vehicle battery market research and development. 3) The inter-organizational relationship between Japan and China has been developed. Nakaoka, Chen (2022) provides insight into the degree of integration and analysis of research and development activities among the world's leading ICT companies, the organizational structure of research and development, and the formation and relevance of GVN. The relationship between the structure of GVN and the management of geography, country and region is explored. In 2021, Chen, Imura and Nakaoka (2022) analyzed the relationship between all forms of enterprises in China and the tendency of organization and management (human resource management). China, Japan and China are connected. China's EV and ICT enterprises are connected. Taiwan's IoT is connected. TwloTA is connected.
