本年度は，昨年度までに行った日本のSNSとアメリカのクチコミサイトのデータを用いた実証分析を大幅に改善し，また新たな分析を追加的に行った。これらの成果を論文にまとめ，学会誌に投稿した。現在査読中である。改善した点・追加した点は，以下の3点にまとめられる。一つ目に，いいね意思決定とフォロー意思決定を個別にモデル化するのではなく，2変量プロビットモデルとして同時にモデル化したことである。新たな提案モデルを用いた場合でも，「自分が過去に投稿したクチコミと，本文の長さ，感情価，絵文字，写真などの属性がよく類似したクチコミに対して，よりいいね/フォローしやすい」という投稿スタイル・マッチング仮説と，「自分と年齢や居住地といったプロファイルがよく類似したメンバーが投稿したクチコミに対して，よりいいね/フォローしやすい」というプロファイル・マッチング仮説が支持された。二つ目に，AIによる画像認識の精度の問題に対応するために，写真のマッチング効果の頑健性をチェックしたことである。その結果，被写体の次元圧縮技法や，AIが提案する確信度が低い（つまり，AIが被写体についての確実な判断ができない）写真を扱う方法を変更しても，写真のマッチング効果は頑健であることが示された。第三に，推定値を用いてWhat-If分析を行い，投稿スタイル・マッチングとプロファイル・マッチングはいいね確率とフォロー確率の両方を大きく高めることを示した。
