项目摘要

本研究は、医療・保健・福祉等の専門職の連携のみならず、当事者や家族、市民やボランティア等が共に地域における看取り体制がいかに整備できるかを模索することを研究の目的としている。とりわけ、在宅医療に携わっている病院、医療職の中で、当事者や家族、市民やボランティア等が共に様々な取り組みを行っている事例を取り上げ、協働ができる現状と要因、課題を探る。また、質問紙調査を通して、協働ができる現状と要因、課題を明らかにする。2020年から3年間はコロナ禍で調査することができなかった。コロナ禍では先行研究を整理し、オンライン勉強会に参加しながら、調査の準備（質問紙調査の企画、質問紙の作成）を進めた。特に、2022年度は、質問紙を修正した。在宅医療に携わっている医師、医療ソーシャルワーカーに質問紙の内容について助言をいただきながら、質問紙を作成完了した。在宅医療に携わっている医師や医療ソーシャルワーカー、コミュニティソーシャルワーカーに聞き取りを行った。次に、質問紙調査の実施準備を行った。医療職（多職種）・市民・ボランティアが連携することをサポートするNPO法人に調査について説明、協力を求めた。2023年度に2回ほど対面の全国大会があり、集合調査を予定している。また、地域における看取り体制、多色連携による終末期ケア体制についての先行研究をまとめつつ、勉強会・講演会等に参加した。研究実施計画に照らし合わせてみると、大分遅れている。2023年度には調査を実施し、分析や考察、報告書の作成に努めていきたい。
