项目摘要

本研究は、高齢受刑者・高齢刑余者への福祉的支援に関する研究の一環として、高齢者分野（施設・居宅・地域総合支援を含む）の矯正施設退所者に対する、社会福祉施設従事者側の受け入れに関する体制や専門性（スキル・体制・研修体系）等の課題への支援方法を明らかにすることを目的とする。令和４年度は、延長年度1年目であったが、新型コロナウィルスの施設への継続する影響から施設での調査等について計画変更を余儀なくされた。そのため、以下3点のみを研究実績概要として述べる。①令和3年3月31日「多様な社会参加への支援に向けた地域資源の活用について（通知）」(2)多様な社会参加への支援に向けた福祉サービス事業所等の活用例として、養護老人ホームにおいて、居住に課題を抱える者への支援のため、措置入所者以外に、空床を活用し契約による入所を実施する。(収容の余力がある場合に限り、取扱人員総数の20％以内で認められる。)が示された。それに伴い自立準備ホームの設置や可能性、受け入れるための職員教育等について、養護老人ホーム施設長等のインタビューを行った。②①を受けて、高齢刑余者の受け入れ先としての養護老人ホームの現状や課題について、文献等の収集及び分析を行った。受け入れを促進するための職員研修の内容や課題等について再検討を行い、市町村・地域包括支援センター等との連携について示唆を得た。③令和4年度　九社連老人福祉施設協議会　施設長Web研修会　養護分科会において「地域共生社会における養護老人ホームの可能性」として成果報告を行った。
